This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for iDONATEpro. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion.

General

iDONATEpro is a software platform specializing in CRM database functions in political fundraising, campaign and organization software. By using our services or submitting information, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Your assent to these practices is essential for us to provide our services. Similarly, we need you to provide accurate personal information so that you can be contacted regarding your inquiry about political campaign software information, free trials, or other promotional offers or political products and services.

What We Collect

We get information about you in a range of ways.

Information You Give Us. The personal information we collect includes name, address, email address, and phone number, organization name, username, password, demographic information (such as your gender and occupation) as well as other information you directly give us through use of our services. We also collect any comments you submit when you submit your request to be contacted.
Information We Get From Others. In some cases, information submitted by you will be combined with information about your actions on our website. Submitting your information when text chatting will associate your personally identifiable information with the pages you visit on our site, how many times you visited those pages, and information about past text chats. iDONATEpro will track clicks on advertisements, site links, and form submissions on our site in conjunction with any personally identifiable information you submit. We do this by assigning a special link to our advertisements. When you click that advertisement, it provides a special URL that is captured when you submit a form with your information. We do this in order to improve the quality of our advertisements, website and services.
Information Automatically Collected. We automatically collect certain information from visitors to, and members of, the site, such as Internet addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring and exit page, operating system, timestamps, and clickstream data. We also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our site so that we can constantly improve the quality of the services we provide.
Cookies. In some cases, we use cookies to anonymously track user actions on our site in order to improve our advertising services. We have enabled Google Analytics re-marketing feature. This allows Google to place a cookie in your web browser when you visit our site. When you visit a page that uses one of Google's advertising exchanges to post ads, Google's cookie in your web-browser allows us to display our advertisements to you. Use of this cookie is not combined with any personally identifiable information. You may choose to opt out of this by clicking "Ad Settings" when you see an advertisement through Google, or by turning on the "Do not track" feature of your web-browser. However, doing so could mean you will not be privy to special offers. We will not merge, or facilitate any merger of, any information collected through Google's Re-marketing services with personally identifiable information.

Use of Personal Information

The telephone number you submit will be used to contact you regarding your inquiry about political campaign software. By providing your telephone number, you expressly consent to receiving telephone calls from an iDONATEpro representative, regardless of whether you have registered the number of the FTC's "Do-Not-Call" Registry.

In addition, we may use your personal information as follows:

to operate, maintain, and improve our sites, products, and services;
to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service;
to send information which may include confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
to communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners;
to link or combine user information with other personal information; and
to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Customers may use their own AI tools, including AI assistants and AI browser agents, to sign in to their iDONATEpro account and work as a User through the normal login and user interface. iDONATEpro has no back-end AI or API integration with AI providers, and does not send customer or donor data to any AI provider. iDONATEpro does not use customer or donor data to train AI models.

Data that an AI tool accesses under a customer's login is handled under that AI provider's terms and the customer's own choices. Customers should choose AI tools with privacy terms appropriate for their data and compliance needs.

Protection of Personal Information

We take measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. We carefully limit access to the database in which your personal information is stored. Additionally, we share and transfer your personal information only in the ways set forth in this privacy policy.

We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

This website is directed at teenagers and adults and not to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly distribute such information. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information through our website. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from someone under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share personal information with your consent. For example, you may let us share personal information with others for their own marketing uses. Those uses will be subject to their privacy policies.
We may share personal information when we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. These deals can include any merger, financing, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.
We may share personal information for legal, protection, and safety purposes, including to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests and legal processes, protect our rights and property, and in an emergency.
We may share information with those who need it to do work for us.
We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized data with others for their own uses.

Information Choices and Changes

You can opt-out and decide not to provide the requested personal information as described in our products and services. However, by doing so, you will not be contacted about your questions about political campaign software. If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts and our business dealings with you.

You can also request that we not use any information you submitted, or change or delete any information that we have about you, or change your contact choices, by emailing Support@iDONATEpro.com or by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to your request to access, update, or delete your information within ten (10) business days. Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies, or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify your identity.

You can typically remove and reject our cookies with your browser settings. Many browsers are set to accept cookies until you change your settings. If you remove or reject our cookies, it could affect how our products and services work for you.
